Warmups open imagination and explore physical and vocal expression. Guided journeys and processes allow immersion into each of the archetypes. Exercises to give confidence and agility in emotions plus a rich, embodied vocal work.
A user-friendly process of ‘fed-in’ text and improvisational coaching prompts maximizes the freedom to access impulses.
Supportive side-coaching is also given.
Benefits include: integrated body expression; an unforced release into emotions; greater access to impulses; a useful approach to creating and exploring characters; a more nurtured imagination and inner life.
'The guided journeys were transporting ... brought a new level to my acting.'
