‘In Conversation’ is a new audio interview series, featuring interviews with six people of colour based in the East Midlands, exploring their experiences of inclusivity, accessibility, and self-empowerment in the arts.

Through our questions, we asked creatives what could be done to further the process of decolonisation in the arts. We hope these interviews will highlight the need for diversity and inclusion in the industry, generate conversations, and empower the voices of people of colour working in the creative industries.

All interviews have been transcribed and are available as a written, screen-reader friendly document.
