Black Gold Arts is currently recruiting trustees to join its Board.

Black Gold Arts is a Manchester-based charity that platforms established and emerging LGBTIQ+ artists of colour from dance, theatre, film, and live and performance art. BGA is committed to cultivating and showcasing local LGBTIQ+ Global Majority talent while promoting arts education more broadly amongst our communities. In line with our charitable objectives, we are particularly interested in recruiting trustees from LGBTIQ+ Global Majority backgrounds with skills in some of the following areas:
Strategic Planning
Charity Governance
Arts Management
Equality, Diversity, Inclusion

If you are interested, please email BGA at with a short statement (no more than 300 words) explaining why you want to join the Board and what you would be able to contribute. The deadline for applications is 5pm Friday 24th September. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview in early October.
