Newark Book Festival's Imaginarium! Create, Imagine and Play!, Newark Book Festival

Description

Newark Book Festival will be delighting children and their families with its Imaginarium Festival. A series of free online events will take place on Saturday 27 February plus look out for Barry the Bookworm in shop and business windows around Newark (from 1 March) and take part in a fun crafty competition - make your favourite book character!

Free Festival events include two online performances from Festival regulars Rhubarb Theatre, storytime for younger children with Nottinghamshire writer Frances Stickley, learning more about Bunnies on the Bus with award-winner Philip Ardagh and online sessions for older children with writers Thomas Taylor, LD Lapinski and Jenny McLachlan.

All sessions are free (donations to the Festival are welcome), you just need to book online and then register for your chosen event (information in your booking email).
