Description

We are living in times of great chaos, crisis and change, on a deep and dirty cellular humming level.

Since the turning of the new year one thing has seemed to be so apparent for me. And that is, to plug in more deeply, to that which feeds the soul.

To hold it all. The pain and the joy. The grief and the praise. The brutality and the beauty-full. The love and the fear. The doubt and the trust. This feels imperative.

In that wild wind world weathered vein I am offering a series of creative sessions to anchor us back into the body and heart, through movement, writing, enquiry, and art-making:

'Soulboard Crafting for New Beginnings' Sunday 24th Jan 1-4pm GMT,

'Writing as Underworld Prayer' Wednesday 27th Jan 7-8pm GMT,

'Word Up!' Sunday 7th Feb 1-4pm GMT,

and,

'Moving and Writing for Your Belly and Bones' Friday 12th Feb 7-8:30pm GMT

Delicious soul nourishment!

All are welcome. Pricing is resonant with the crazy times that we are living in and through.

To create. To experience moments of beauty. To touch awe and wonder. To remember that magic exists. To breathe. To be who we are deeply rooted in our integrity and soul.

Art is the Revolution!
