Monday 14th June 4pm - Briefing

The STORK Programme is an interactive parent education and empowerment programme aimed at reducing the risks for infant and baby deaths in the Midlands. The programme and mobile app can be seen at STORK, and STORK for parents.

We are looking for a graduate artist to develop and create video content for the app in alternate languages other than English. The main aims of the videos are to ensure wider access and interactive based content for users and non-English speakers.

The brief is to create video content based on the key themes in the app, to be embedded in the existing app. The videos should be non-verbal, or be suitable for subtitles in a range of languages (languages TBC, including Urdu/Arabic, Bengali, Punjabi, Romanian and Polish)

The commissioned artist will work with a small group of parents to understand the target group and to develop relevant and engaging content.

The fee for the commission is £5,000 and you will be supported by relevant subject staff at Wolverhampton School of Art and Professor T Pillay from the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
