This two-part course is designed to give you the insights and skills to navigate and manage people and behaviour dynamics in today's diverse workplaces. Drawing on established behaviour theories and using examples from creative and cultural organisations, you'll learn how to identify the motivations behind actions, respond effectively to different behaviour types and support positive group interactions so that your team, partners and colleagues can perform at their best.
Who is this course for?
Anyone working in the creative, cultural or heritage sectors who wants to improve their people-management and behaviour-management skills, including:
- Team leaders and managers
- Project and event managers
- Arts and cultural organisation staff, with either existing or emerging supervisory responsibilities

- Key behaviour theories, including attribution theory, and how they apply in workplace settings
- Understanding motivations behind individual and group behaviours
