Coaching is a process of reflection and questioning to prompt understandings, insights and action - a space for working out what matters, exploring options, making decisions, testing new approaches, moving forwards.

I have worked with artists for thirty years as a curator, producer and educator and in 2017 trained as a coach with RD1st. Since then I have coached artists, writers, dancers, musicians, curators, academics, architects, as well as gardeners, local authority officers and athletes.

Coaching is a one-to-one confidential process. I work face-to-face in Hackney and remotely. Many people choose to work with me at monthly intervals for 6-9 months, others more frequently and some over a longer period. I offer a sliding fee scale (£45-£95/session) that recognises your current situation including whether you are funded by a grant, an organisation, or are paying your own way.
