Event Description

Join this online workshop to develop and articulate your own statement of purpose that serves as a reflective tool that communicates the purpose, values and experiences you bring to your work.

This online workshop offers you a reflective space; taking you through a series of steps to develop a statement that serves as a reflective tool in your day-to-day work. You will also connect with others, exchanging ideas and gathering external insights into your developing statement. Led by museum practitioner, educator and artist Chris Webb, this workshop will highlight how having a Philosophy of Practice has brought clarity to his work, and illustrate how you can use your own statement as a tool for self-advocacy.

This training will be facilitated by Chris Webb: who has been a museum practitioner, educator and artist within museums, galleries, higher education and cultural settings for over two decades. In 2023 to set up Let's Make Culture Ltd. a consultancy focused on collaboration, co-production and strategic change-making in the cultural sector.
