Event Description
Be Here Now: Poetry and Mindfulness Meditation.
Find fresh ways to write unique poems through mindfulness meditation. In this workshop, you'll discover how combining meditation with poetry can support your wellbeing through quick and easy guided meditations followed by writing short poems in response, helping you to access the 'beginner's mind' touched on during meditation. In every meditation and writing exercise, you'll be given the choice about how to take part and can easily opt out of each meditation if you choose.
