Come and learn how to print your own unique cyanotype bag and T shirt!

Cyanotype is one of the earliest photographic techniques and is where we get the word 'blueprint'. The light-sensitive liquid can be painted onto a variety of surfaces.

https://www.catrionagray.co.uk/ - Catriona Gray will guide you through coating your own test sheets of paper, where you can experiment with photogram techniques and composition and learn how to expose them using our UV exposure unit.

You will have the opportunity to coat and expose one bag (which we will supply) and a plain white T shirt (that you should bring yourself, so that it fits!). Feel free to bring some additional fabric to work with.

When you're finished you'll have your own totally unique and handmade fabric items, printed in a wonderful shade of blue, that will be the envy of your friends
