Days are beginning to be longer, the air smells sweeter, the crocuses are beginning to show up - the world is once again In Bloom! Celebrate the waking of the spring by visiting our new seasonal exhibition, and connecting with our 35 local artists' reflections on this beautiful time of year. With a wide variety of styles and dedicated craftsmanship everyone is bound to find something they love and are inspired by - come by on March 4th to support our artists and see the work for yourself! The exhibition will take place at the Greenwich Printmakers Gallery from the 7th of January to the 1st of March and will feature the work of 35 local artists specialising in a variety of printmaking techniques - from linocut, through woodblock and etching, all the way to photopolymer and mixed media prints. Located at the heart of Greenwich Market, the gallery was first established in 1979 as an association ran entirely by its artist members in a true spirit of community and dedication to high quality of printmaking craftsmanship. The gallery is open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 5:30pm with one of our artists always present (daily artist schedule can be found on our website listed below).
