Chris Dobson (he/him) - PhD candidate in English at University of Sussex - just completed their first publishing venture for Exploding Appendix: Daughter of Death by Roba Al-Sharif A small collection of poems and two prose pieces by a Palestinian writing from Gaza. The collection is a vivid and incredibly moving sequence, in both Arabic and English on parallel facing pages. Poems contain a surprising and interesting range of themes considering their traumatic context: including love, the nature of writing, media and technology.
