Event Summary
Would your organisation benefit from accessing free practical resources and support to help you diversify your board? Join Keith Arrowsmith for an introductory demo and Q&A session for Clore Leadership and the Cultural Governance Alliance’s new EDI Benchmarking Tool.
Event Description
A practical tool to help you move from intention to impact and create tangible change: This free lunchtime webinar will take you through how the free EDI Benchmarking Tool works and explore the ways in which it can support cultural organisations of all sizes to strengthen EDI at governance level. Our EDI Benchmarking Tool is designed to help your board review its performance and set bespoke goals relating to EDI policies and processes, acknowledging that a one-size-fits-all approach isn't suitable for EDI. After undertaking initial benchmarking, the tool will provide a score across different aspects of EDI in your governance. It will then provide insights and free resources to help you work on the areas you're seeking to improve and support structured accountability. The EDI Benchmarking Tool has been developed in collaboration with Clore Leadership Governance Associate, Keith Arrowsmith, and supported by Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and Esmee Fairbairn Foundation. This free webinar is suitable for Chairs, CEO's, Trustees and Senior and Executive leaders from cultural arts, creative and heritage organisations of all sizes.
