Kalakeli Movement Arts is an intensive training programme inviting acclaimed international and Indian teachers from diverse movement disciplines to share their knowledge and inspire the next generation of movement artists worldwide.

Our unique programme offers training in contemporary dance, traditional martial arts, yoga, meditation, breathwork, fighting methodologies, improvisation, creative research, and complementary lectures on the sciences of body, mind, and soul.

The retreats are hosted at Ita ba, Arambol, Goa, surrounded by lush vegetation, exotic birds, and monkeys - a peaceful environment to move in close connection with nature. The venue is only 10 minutes from the golden beaches of Arambol and Mandrem and features a caf with fresh, locally sourced meals, filtered water, electrolyte-rich coconuts, a pool, and two spacious studios.

We accommodate up to 30 participants aged 18+, working from early morning to evening, Monday to Friday.

Price includes:

• 128+ hours of guided training per month

• Evening and weekend space for personal practice

• Shared accommodation (1 bedroom, 2 participants)

• Two vegetarian/vegan meals daily (Mon-Fri), tea, and unlimited filtered water

• Cacao ceremony, dance, breathwork, and ice bath sessions

Please note: dinner and weekend meals are not included.
