The Carlo Annoni International Playwriting Prize is now open for submissions of short and full-length plays with topics related to the LGBTQ+ community worldwide, including love, diversity, and identity in a time of gender fluidity.

1000 will be awarded to the two best plays (one in English and one in Italian). There are also special jury mentions in multiple categories.

The award ceremony will take place in September 2026 in Milan, Italy.

We accept plays that have already premiered. Please send your submission to [email protected] by 30/04/2026.
