Event Description
Connect with UK theatre and dance leaders to explore your next step in theatre management, festivals, events producing and administration.
Running in February to June 2026, Future Leaders features Insight Visits to 3 regional theatres plus bite-sized online skills workshops, mentoring and meetings with industry experts.
Open to anyone aged 19-26. Future Leaders is free, flexible and designed to fit around work or study commitments. Travel bursaries and access costs available. Half of the places will be offered to people from underrepresented backgrounds who may experience barriers becoming part of the UK's theatre workforce.

About Dance Consortium
The Consortium was formed by a group of UK Theatres in 2000 and is currently made up of 24 member theatres from all regions of the country as well as the Republic of Ireland.
Working together, the theatres jointly choose the international companies they wish to invite to tour the UK and Ireland, they share the costs of each of the tours and use their collective knowledge and expertise to ensure that the artists achieve the highest level of presentation to enthusiastic audiences.
