Event Summary
Event Description
Artizan Collective is proud to present a comprehensive showcase of the artists currently in residence within our Fleet Street studio spaces. This exhibition marks a significant moment in the local arts calendar, bringing the hidden creative energy of our basement studios into the main gallery spotlight.
Spanning three weeks, the showcase features a sophisticated blend of traditional and contemporary disciplines. Visitors can expect to see:
- Contemporary Painting & Printmaking: Coastal monotypes by Wojciech Jaguzny and watercolours by Olya Baklan.
- Specialist Ceramics: Marine-inspired hand-built forms by Natalia Caballero Lopez and botanical and local-themed pottery by Hannah Taylor.
- Fine Art Printmaking: Detailed wood engravings and linoprints by Alexandra Robb, alongside the geological etchings of Grace Clifford.
This exhibition is more than a display of finished pieces; it is a celebration of the "studio journey." A chance to meet the artists and learn more about their creative processes.
Whether you are a seasoned collector or a casual visitor, the Showcase offers a unique opportunity to support local talent and engage with the vibrant biodiversity and landscapes of our region through art.
The exhibition will launch 6th February 6 - 8 PM
