Delivered online over five immersive days, the Oxford Cultural Leaders programme brings together senior professionals from across the UK and around the world. Through interactive workshops, provocations, breakout discussions and peer coaching, you'll explore your leadership practice in depth while learning alongside a diverse group of peers.
You will hear from arts and culture professionals at the top of their game, alongside Oxford University faculty, gaining practical insight and fresh perspectives to support your next stage of leadership. The programme fosters a supportive peer community and an active alumni network that continues well beyond the course itself.

Participants (both Home/EU and International) contribute the fee as listed above; the fee is inclusive of tax and includes the cost of all tuition, and one OCL alumni network online session of your choice to be taken
