Inside Out is a three-day residential arts and third sector leadership retreat designed to be relevant and responsive to the times we live in.

Previous participants include arts managers and creative practitioners along with leaders from other vocational sectors, creating a unique and enriching offer for cross-sector leadership perspectives to be shared.

Join experienced arts leadership coaches and workshop leaders Emma Haughton & Isabel Mortimer along with a small group of other values-led changemakers, for three days of workshops in the beautiful setting of Hawkwood House, Stroud.

Throughout the retreat you'll be invited to:

• Notice the habits that are no longer useful and forge new ways of being
• Shape the mindsets that support you
• Embrace the self care you need in this phase of your leadership and life

Inside Out is a full-board residential retreat - a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the house and grounds feature breathtaking views towards the River Severn and Wales.
