Event Summary
Delivered by Clore Leadership in partnership with Arts Council England, this programme offers cultural leaders time and space to step back, reflect and connect through one-to-one coaching or small peer learning groups.
Event Description
Designed for senior leaders, including freelancers, it supports greater self-awareness, confidence and clarity when navigating complex challenges. "Having the opportunity to step back from day-to-day pressures and think more deeply about my behaviours, values and team dynamics was extremely valuable." Previous Participant You can take part through: 3 x one-to-one online coaching sessions or 3 x facilitated peer learning sessions in a small group Subsidised places are available, with fees of £90 + VAT for coaching and £30 + VAT for peer learning. We are particularly keen to hear from leaders from the Global Majority and those who identify as D/deaf, disabled or neurodivergent. Priority will also be given to those working in or with Arts Council England NPOs or IPSOs, and those who have not previously accessed coaching or action learning support.
