Event Summary
We are looking to enable 19-35 year old Emerging Artists, living in Cornwall to access our studio courses at St Ives School of Painting with an 80% bursary. We have recently upped the age limit 35 to cater for more artists coming forward.
Event Description
The Emerging Artists Bursary is aimed at artists who are trying to establish a professional art practice. We would like to hear from 19-35 year old emerging artists living in Cornwall, who would benefit from additional expert tuition at the St Ives School of Painting. Successful applicants will be able to choose from a range of 3 or 4 day art courses of their choice in our historic art studios, and 80% of the fee will be covered by the bursary. Our courses range from £295 to £545, and you will only pay 20% of this fee. This has been made possible from funds supplied by the Roy Ray Legacy Fund, Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Trust and Little Parc Owles Trust. This Bursary will close when all funds are spent and operates on a first come first served basis, through online application.
