Event Description

Where We Land is a free one-day gathering for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent artists living in South West England, taking place at the beautiful Ham Green House near Bristol. Wednesday 9th September 2026 10am - 4.30pm Hosted by Spectroscope, a Somerset and Bristol-based deaf and disabled-led artist collective, the event brings together artists from across the region for a day of conversation, creativity, reflection and connection. Set within a historic Georgian house and four acres of peaceful gardens, the programme includes inspiring speakers, artist-led workshops, panel discussions, creative activities and space to rest, recharge and reconnect with your practice. Whether you are emerging, mid-career or established, Where We Land offers an opportunity to meet fellow artists, share ideas and explore new possibilities for disabled-led creativity in the South West. BSL interpretation, live captions and a range of access provisions will be provided. Free for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent artists living in South West England.
