This month we're welcoming: Professor Jonathan Morris - The Coffee Historian. Professor Jonathan Morris is one of the world's leading coffee historians, author of the acclaimed Coffee: A Global History - translated into nine languages - and co-creator of the A History of Coffee podcast series. His 2024 TED-Ed lesson on how humanity got hooked on coffee has been watched over three million times. He has appeared on BBC Radio 4, CNN, The Guardian, and The Sunday Times, and is a regular judge at the Speciality Coffee Association's World of Coffee awards.
