Crescendo's creative access grant is designed to support emerging creatives who are looking to test, develop or pilot new ideas but may not yet have access to an affordable space. Through this programme, selected creatives will receive free or reduced cost access to our facilities to experiment, create and grow their practice. In return grant recipients will contribute back to our community by delivering an engaging workshop for our students, sharing their skills, experience or creative process. Successful applicants may receive: - free or subsidised use of our studio - access to equipment and resources - mentorship or project support (if applicable) - opportunities to connect with our creative community - promotion of their work through our channels who this opportunity is open to: - Early career creatives of any age - Any creative field - Individuals or small collectives Examples of projects: - a community musician looking to start a new group - a musician looking to expand into music tuition who is looking for a venue to work from - an artist looking to deliver workshops - an emerging ensemble looking for rehearsal space - a poet looking to run an open mic - a writer looking to start a writers group These are only examples of potential projects we are looking forward to hearing all of your creative ideas.
