This course is delivered by Zoom and led by the Curated Place creativeproducertraining.com team who have led the Creative Producers programme across 13 countries for British Council, devised and delivered the transformative Creative Business Development Programme for Scottish Government and Creative Scotland and have led major festivals, monumental public installations, creative SMEs, creative innovation projects, and have a peculiar specialism in putting operas in train stations.

Perfect for the beginner or maturing creative seeking more structure to their work it will give you an overview of the role of a Creative Producer and lead you through group exercises that will help you to think like a Creative Producer through Curated Place's process and tools.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Define the role and value of a Creative Producer within a project or practice
- Apply the Creative Triple Diamond to structure a project from idea to delivery
- Identify and work productively with constraints, rather than treating them as blockers
- Define success criteria for a project beyond output or audience numbers
- Build the foundations of a pitch deck for a creative project or proposal
- Set up a basic project budget structure
- Apply a set of practical producing tools to their current or future work
