Event Summary
Event Description
Pitch Your Idea is a curated 'intellectual open mic' where storytellers, academics, entrepreneurs and curious minds share the ideas that excite them most. Think TED talk meets pub night: brilliant people making a compelling case for something they genuinely care about.
We are seeking speakers for our August and September pilot events at The London Art Bar, London.
Each speaker will have 15-20 minutes to present, with slides welcome but not required. We offer a £50 honorarium to selected speakers.
Presenter spots are curated. We ask all applicants to submit a short summary of their talk and a few sources or references in advance, so we can ensure every Pitch Your Idea event is genuinely worth the audience's evening.
We welcome applications from: researchers, academics, entrepreneurs, creative professionals, and anyone with a well-developed idea or story to share. You don't need a formal qualification - but we do ask that your talk draws on evidence, experience or rigorous thinking.
