Join us for a public launch of our new exhibition and explore data, computing and technology in nursing practice, from health care history to science fiction.

Event Description

Enjoy free refreshments, activities, an opportunity to explore some of UCL's special collections on the history of data science and eugenics, and a chance to look around the exhibition, alongside a series of talks (from 6pm).

The event will be chaired by Tim James, Chair of the RCN Digital Nursing Forum. Talks include:
> Lies, damn lies and eugenics - Historian and writer Subhadra Das
> Where Do Care Robots Come from (and Why Does It Matter)? - Literary scholar Amelia DeFalco
> The Impact of Digital Technology on Health - Digital health consultant, author and scholar Rachael Kent

This event is open to all and will take place in person and online. Live subtitles will be provided (onsite and online) by MyClearText.
