We've spent more than a decade delivering drama workshops in primary and secondary schools. This short course shares the practical lessons we've learned along the way. It offers guidance on building meaningful relationships with schools, working confidently with young people, and shaping programme offers that range from one-off workshops to longer projects and sustained partnerships.
It includes:
How to build out your workshop offer and structure
Outlines for different length projects that you can replicate
Tips and tricks for contacting and building relationships with school staff
How to bring your own artistic approach or practice into a new context
Space for questions, specific challenges and ideas
