Event Description

In this course you will explore a film-based project idea of your choice while also learning and refining your darkroom skills.

Over six weekly evening sessions there will be instruction and support in:
Camera functions and control
Film processing
Printing technique and craft
Concept development

This course will guide you through the development of your own personal practice, to produce a portfolio of well-crafted, black and white prints. Through regular feedback sessions, you will explore how your ideas can be realised and brought to their best conclusion. The programme concludes with each participant making final prints of their best work to exhibit in the darkroom gallery space.
