Event Summary

A workshop introduction to emergency and resilience planning for the cultural sector.

Event Description

A fire in the stores. A donor pulling out overnight. A programming decision that brings public backlash down on your organisation. When something goes wrong, the difference between recovery and failure is rarely a question of budget: it comes down to whether the people in the room know what to do next. In this two-hour session, solicitor Keith Arrowsmith of ProArtsPlus draws on years advising museums, theatres and galleries of every size to answer the question directly: what actually counts as a crisis, what does a good response look like, and what can you put in place now, however small your organisation, so that the next incident doesn't catch you unprepared.

Price: £10 per attendee.
