The aim of the charity is to create large-scale performances and push forward accessibility in the field through integrating access into the artistic language of its work. The charity wants to remove barriers and ensure disabled people and people on lower incomes can participate with the arts. The company also focuses on reaching communities through classes and workshops.

We are looking for anyone who has skills in any of the following:

  • Charity experience: Someone who has previously set up a charity or who understands how trustees work.
  • Fundraising: Experience in fundraising for a charity or other organisation.
  • Cultural development: Skills to engage with disadvantaged people and ensure the charity's aims are met

Desirable:

  • Someone who has previously been a trustee and has experience in one or more of the roles detailed above
  • Has a valid DBS

  • Passionate about performance and art
  • Passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and other disabilities such as visual impairment
  • Fun, open-minded, patient
