Job Description
Punchdrunk Enrichment is seeking a passionate and organised Development Coordinator to support the Development Manager to secure income. Working across three income streams, this role will combine relationship building, proposal writing and administration to help Punchdrunk Enrichment reach its ambitious fundraising targets.
The role will be hybrid: with three days per week at our office in Wembley (likely Tuesday - Thursday) and the rest of the time working from home. Due to the nature of the role, some evening or weekend work may be required for which TOIL will be available.
We are open to offering this role on a full-time or part-time (4 days per week, pro-rata) basis.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Experience of securing funding from individual donors, trusts and foundations and/or corporates.
- Experience of prospect research with the ability to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
- Some understanding of fundraising principles across different income streams, including individual giving, trusts and foundations and/or corporate fundraising.
- Proficiency in office software, including Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets (or similar, for example Microsoft Word, Excel, etc).
- Experience of maintaining data on a CRM, for example Beacon.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Brent, immersive theatre and/or education.
- A strong understanding of Gift Aid.

Job Responsibilities
Individual Giving
- Identify prospective individual donors for Punchdrunk Enrichment and work with the Development Manager to cultivate relationships.
- Support with stewarding new and existing donors through personalised communications, including leading on our supporter newsletter.
- Administer all monthly regular giving through Stripe, including troubleshooting failures and reconciling data.
- Maintain Gift Aid records and submit monthly claims via HMRC.
- When applicable, support on event management and guest stewardship.
