Job Summary

Longborough Festival Opera (LFO) is seeking a friendly, organised and detail-oriented Fundraising & Box Office Assistant to support both our Development and Box Office teams.

Job Description

This varied role is ideal for someone interested in arts administration, fundraising and audiences and offers hands-on experience at one of the UK's most highly regarded opera festivals.

Job Requirements

  • Confident, friendly and professional when dealing with the public

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

  • Comfortable working in a busy, seasonal environment

  • AI literate

  • Interested in the arts and cultural sector

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Development team, including processing donations and memberships and researching and applying for grants

  • Assist with supporter communications and data management using Spektrix

  • Deliver excellent customer service to audiences, members and donors

  • Support Box Office operations, including ticket sales and enquiries

  • Assist with fundraising events and Festival activity
