The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Manager (Sales & Rights) to lead and grow Extraordinary Books' revenue streams. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution: you will negotiate, analyse, build systems and deliver results.

- Experience negotiating or administering subsidiary rights
- Confidence working with sales data, forecasting and financial reporting
