Expected to welcome 80,000-100,000 visitors each year, it will offer a bold contemporary exhibition programme, the new DLI Gallery celebrating the story of the "Durhams," vibrant learning and community spaces, a caf , retail offer, and flexible event and conference facilities-all set within beautiful natural grounds. Designed as a meeting place and a beacon for creativity, The Light will deliver unforgettable experiences that keep audiences returning.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and imaginative Venue Director to shape this landmark from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build a new venue from the ground up-defining its artistic vision, operational approach, visitor experience and long-term impact.

What You'll Need
