Job Description
Are you passionate about digital storytelling, culture and cities? Do you thrive on translating complex ideas into compelling content and building engaged online communities? We're looking for a Digital Communications Officer to join our London-based team to lead the delivery of the World Cities Culture Forum's communications and grow our global reach and engagement.
You'll manage and create content across our digital platforms, working closely with city partners across 45+ global cities to amplify insights, share innovative cultural policy work and support major programmes including the World Cities Culture Report, the Leadership Exchange Programme and the World Cities Culture Summit. You'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate our work ensuring our voice is clear, engaging and influential across digital channels.
You'll be part of a small and collaborative team, working closely with the Communications and Digital Content Manager and programme colleagues to develop creative campaigns, grow audiences and strengthen World Cities Culture Forum's position as a leading global network for culture and cities.
Location: Central London (in office)
Reports To: Communications and Digital Content Manager
Employment Type: Part-time, 3 days per week (approx. 60% FTE), 1-year fixed term with possibility to extend
Salary: £36,000 per year pro-rata or equivalent freelance rate
Start date: April 2026
