Chelmsford Theatre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our collaborative technical team. We deliver an ever-evolving programme of national touring shows, local productions and a hugely popular pantomime, bringing high quality entertainment to Chelmsford.

This role suits someone dynamic and focussed, with a passion for technical excellence and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Experience across multiple technical disciplines is essential, including lighting, sound, flying, stage management and relevant health and safety legislation. You'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve and prioritise effectively.

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week (annualised hours), including evening and weekends. Benefits include five weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, generous pension, healthcare and ongoing development.
