This is a dynamic, front-facing role - whether you're welcoming guests at the entrance, assisting in the cloakroom, or selling our wide-ranging programme or products and supporting visitors throughout the Gallery. You'll actively engage with guests to promote memberships, events, and supporting products using our CRM system, Tessitura, helping to enhance their visit while supporting the Gallery's wider mission. You'll bring our spaces, art and stories to life through knowledgeable, engaging interactions, all while delivering exceptional service at every step. Representing the core values of our Guest Experience team - warmth, inclusivity, professionalism, and passion for art - you'll help create memorable, meaningful experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
