Job Summary

Looking for a strong Producer with an engagement and marketing background to lead and deliver Keneish Dances engagement programmes.

Job Description

This role includes administration, marketing, financial record keeping, recruitment and onboarding, project delivery logistics and governance support. This role is central to ensuring the company can deliver its creative vision sustainably and professionally.

Job Requirements

Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a positive and personable attitude. Able to differentiate the needs of different stakeholders. Be confident and able to engage with people at various levels. Guaranteed working hours: 4 hrs per week / 2 days per month with hours increasing for specific projects. £200 - £280 per day depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operational Management Oversee studio hire enquiries, promotion and enquiries 2. Financial Administration Manage engagement / project budgets and cashflow. 3. Process invoices Support financial reporting for funders and board. 3. HR Manage contracts and schedules for dancers, freelancers and collaborators. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes. 4. Liaise with venues, partners and suppliers. Co - ordinate marketing and sales activity 5. Marketing & Stakeholder engagement Update contact lists Create basic content to engage community stakeholders
