Job Description

Idrisi Ensemble (London) is seeking an experienced manager/producer. Acclaimed as "a total game-changer", we have delivered consistently sold-out concerts and workshops over the past three years, including KOKO (Camden), Queen Elizabeth Hall (Southbank Centre), Union Chapel (EFG London Jazz Festival), Norwich Cathedral (Norfolk and Norwich Festival), Bristol Cathedral, Durham Vocal Festival, and Rudolstadt Festival. The role combines end-to-end show and tour delivery (advancing, contracting, logistics, on-the-day) with proactive growth (opportunities, partnerships, funding, media, outreach/education). Experience in music charities is a strong plus. This is a paid freelance role. Guaranteed hours are 1 half-day per week (3.5 hours), with additional work offered up to 3 half-days per week depending on project activity. The fee is £75 per half-day (3.5 hours), equivalent to £21.43 per hour. If you are present on a concert show-day as the delivering producer/manager, an additional show-day fee is paid. We are also open to discussing commission for opportunities you secure in a booking-agent capacity.
