Role: Access Support Driver for Creative Professional Contract length: Permanent contract with immediate start. Following assessment of the role's efficacy, this post is to be reviewed with regards to indefinite extension, in line with future Access To Work grant renewal. Rate of pay: minimum of 1 trip/hour per week. £30 per hour, plus £0.45 per mile for each journey taken. Payment made on securing completed and signed receipts for each journey from the driver, by the Creative Professionals additional support worker team. Hours: flexible. The Creative Professional has a number of regular daytime medical & professional appointments to attend on a weekly basis, as well as additional evening trips to creative events on a more ad hoc basis. For shorter appointments (30mins and under), trips may require waiting time for the Creative Professional, before returning them to their home address. Due to the ad hoc nature of the appointments, we're open to recruiting a number of Access Support Drivers, to ensure that the Creative Professional has support whenever it's required. As such, please still consider submitting an application, even if you know that you don't have full availability throughout the week. Reports to: The Creative Professional. Probationary period: 4-weeks. Place of work: The driver must be based within reasonable driving distance to North West London (NW2), the Creative Professionals base.
