As a Senior Producer, you are the heartbeat of the project lifecycle. You will lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to collaborate, share expertise, and deliver "gold standard" work on time and on budget. You aren't just managing a checklist; you are wrangling a creative vision into a tangible, profitable reality. Please note: This is a fixed term contract until 31 December 2026, and qualified candidates must be based in or close to Greater London. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. The salary range for this position is £70,000 - £85,000 per year. We welcome candidates interested in a four- or five-day workweek. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience and chosen schedule. What Success Looks Like: -Translate approved creative into executable, budget-aligned production plans that protect immersive quality. -Expand and diversify the freelancer and supplier network to scale capacity for larger, concurrent pitches. -Deliver target gross profit margins with rigorous reporting and full reconciliations within 10 days. -Secure preferred partner status with at least one global client through standout delivery and repeat business. -Achieve zero major safety or compliance incidents through proactive risk management and strict H&S, licensing, and safeguarding adherence.
