Job Description

As a Senior Producer, you are the heartbeat of the project lifecycle. You will lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to collaborate, share expertise, and deliver "gold standard" work on time and on budget. You aren't just managing a checklist; you are wrangling a creative vision into a tangible, profitable reality. Please note: This is a fixed term contract until 31 December 2026, and qualified candidates must be based in or close to Greater London. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. The salary range for this position is £70,000 - £85,000 per year. We welcome candidates interested in a four- or five-day workweek. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience and chosen schedule. What Success Looks Like: -Translate approved creative into executable, budget-aligned production plans that protect immersive quality. -Expand and diversify the freelancer and supplier network to scale capacity for larger, concurrent pitches. -Deliver target gross profit margins with rigorous reporting and full reconciliations within 10 days. -Secure preferred partner status with at least one global client through standout delivery and repeat business. -Achieve zero major safety or compliance incidents through proactive risk management and strict H&S, licensing, and safeguarding adherence. Job Requirements

-A composed, solution-focused, and culturally-aware mindset with a passion for inclusive storytelling and operational excellence. -Extensive track record in leading high-pressure production environments, such as experiential marketing, brand events, live entertainment, or large-scale event operations, with experience managing significant project budgets of £750k+ -Commercial & Financial Acumen: Mastery of budget management tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) and a proven ability to maintain project profitability while delivering on high-concept creative visions. -Production Safety & Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of technical production workflows and a commitment to industry-standard health and safety practices -Inclusive Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams and the ability to communicate with influence when navigating complex client or internal relationships.

Job Responsibilities

-Provide strategic production counsel during design, turning creative concepts into feasible, safe, world-class delivery plans while aligning licensing, H&S, and technical needs. -Own projects end-to-end, from pitch to wrap, safeguarding creative excellence and production standards. -Anticipate and mitigate risks across budget, schedule, and safety, ensuring seamless execution. -Lead high-profile client relationships with clear communication, rigorous reporting, and confident presentations. -Drive pitch costing, forecasting, and value engineering to achieve target margins and full financial accuracy, including 10-day reconciliations. -Recruit and lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement, ensure compliance, and direct live event delivery with calm, solution-focused leadership.
