We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Digital Artworker to act as the critical bridge between client consultation and physical print production. Your primary objective is to accurately translate client artwork into flawless digital separations and production-ready files, ensuring our printmaking team can execute the press run without technical guesswork. Working from detailed technical "Floor Sheets," you will use Adobe Creative Suite to adapt artwork for specific print formats, output film positives, prepare files for laser cutting, and manage digital print production using Caldera RIP. This is a highly focused, technical role. You will not be asked to manage social media, run staff meetings, or coordinate floor schedules. You will be part of a streamlined workflow, working closely with the Studio Operations Manager to receive briefs, and handing off perfect digital assets and films to the Matrices Manager and Lead Printers.
