Job Description

Marketing Co-ordinator (Part-Time) Night Owl Shows is an award-winning live music production company touring internationally. With successful residencies at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and appearances at the Adelaide Fringe Festival and Perth Fringe Festival, our productions combine outstanding musicianship with powerful storytelling to create unforgettable live experiences. We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to lead our marketing activity and help grow audiences for our productions across the UK and internationally. This is a varied role combining digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, press promotion, and traditional marketing activity. Salary & Hours £26,000 pro rata (£10,400 per annum) 2 days / 16 hours per week Flexible working days (Monday-Friday) Additional payments during Edinburgh festival runs Contract Part-time position Three-month probationary period If you're passionate about live performance and want to help grow an exciting international production company, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Requirements

Experienced in digital marketing and social media advertising Confident managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns Organised and able to manage multiple projects A strong communicator with creative marketing ideas Passionate about live music, theatre, and the arts

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Co-ordinator, including pixel tracking, targeting, and A/B testing Create and manage engaging social media content Manage and grow the company email marketing database using platforms such as Mailchimp Maintain and update the company website backend Coordinate physical marketing materials with venues Develop press and radio campaigns for touring shows
