Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to our Agents, including scheduling, client communications, and database management. Excellent written and spoken communication: Provide a high level of service to our clients and industry contacts. Invoicing and Payments: Assist with managing invoicing and payment processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team to share industry insights, trends, and potential opportunities, contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of trends and developments in the entertainment industry, ensuring clients benefit from the latest opportunities and insights.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced assistant to join our team and help us further solidify our reputation as one of the leading talent agencies in the industry, focusing on talent aged 8-21 years old. Skill Set: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people from casting directors to clients. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong writing skills. Knowledge of Spotlight and Tagmin is preferable. A passion for the arts and supporting children in entertainment. Willingness to travel (sometimes at short notice) and attend key dates at Stagebox including but not limited to audition days, masterclasses and Stagebox company events. You may also be requested to visit shows with agents as their assistant.

Job Responsibilities

Person Specification: Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year office experience in an agents office or similar. We are looking for someone who is forward-focused, organised, and willing to jump straight in. Motivated & Resilient: We are looking for a hard working individual, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Administrative Ability: A strong understanding of administrative duties- the ideal candidate thrives with attention to detail and under pressure with inbox duties and administration tasks. The candidate should feel confident to field high volumes of emails per day and to handle this independently for administrative purposes. They will be supported by multiple agents across their own lists but this role is key for admin and organisational support.
