We're looking for a passionate individual to take on a part-time role (22.5 hours p/w) supporting our Isle of Wight property group. This unique opportunity spans an incredible range of places, including a National Nature Reserve, 6,000 acres of countryside, and 17 miles of stunning coastline-much of it within the Isle of Wight UNESCO Biosphere and designated National Landscape. You'll also be working with three historic pay-to-enter properties and a 17 cottage holidays operation. This is a newly created pivotal role that will help deliver our ambitious 10-year strategy and shape the future of our work. You'll join a creative, dedicated team committed to making a real difference and achieving bold goals. The position is 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility and the option for hybrid working to ensure the right balance for you and the Trust.
