Job Description
We're looking for a passionate individual to take on a part-time role (22.5 hours p/w) supporting our Isle of Wight property group. This unique opportunity spans an incredible range of places, including a National Nature Reserve, 6,000 acres of countryside, and 17 miles of stunning coastline-much of it within the Isle of Wight UNESCO Biosphere and designated National Landscape. You'll also be working with three historic pay-to-enter properties and a 17 cottage holidays operation. This is a newly created pivotal role that will help deliver our ambitious 10-year strategy and shape the future of our work. You'll join a creative, dedicated team committed to making a real difference and achieving bold goals. The position is 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility and the option for hybrid working to ensure the right balance for you and the Trust. Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
What you'll be doing - You'll support the leadership of our community engagement and volunteering work, putting people at the centre of our plans. You'll build strong partnerships, create inclusive volunteering opportunities, support and value our many volunteers, and encourage community led activities that help restore nature and heritage. You'll support colleagues, champion best practice, and ensure our systems and data are well managed. You'll work to remove barriers to participation, ensuring underrepresented voices are heard and actively involved. Drawing on insight and relationships, you'll help shape strategic decisions and trial new approaches to participation-connecting people with places and creating lasting public benefit.
