Job Description

Do you have advanced Tessitura expertise and an understanding of CRM workflows? Do you enjoy working in a consultative capacity and making positive change through technical projects? Are you a data-nerd, proficient in SQL, who can build dashboards for fun? We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to be the lynchpin between our systems and people, fostering both positive engagement and designing robust processes with a clear and collaborative approach to our use of Tessitura. Responsible for the administration, optimisation and ongoing development of the RSC's Tessitura platform, this role will support our ticketing, fundraising and learning activities as well as our business processes and teams in Finance and IT. In this role you will ensure data integrity, support cross department functions, provide reporting and analytics and support integration and upgrade projects for the business. In addition, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working to, and supporting the development of a product roadmap to ensure the right work is prioritised at the right time, ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Job Requirements

Advanced Tessitura expertise (admin, config, event builds, TNEW and experience managing platform integrations) Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL Server, SSRS and Analytics. Detailed understanding of CRM/ticketing/fundraising workflows in arts/non-profits. Strong data management: auditing, deduplication, validation and security. Skilled in delivering training to users, creating and updating thorough documentation and providing ongoing support for colleagues Experience with BI/dashboard tools A strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable leading on execution of work whilst guiding colleagues and stakeholders through complex projects

Job Responsibilities

Being the Tessitura subject-matter expert across the organisation Ensuring data integrity; deduplication, validation, consistency, security and audit logs. Leading and supporting on Tessitura upgrades, testing, training and documentation. Overseeing integration of third-party systems Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards and data exports (SQL, SSRS, Analytics). Collaborating on event and or ticketing builds and projects (events, seasons, performances, memberships and pricing) Supporting the ongoing development of the product roadmap Executing key deliverables for the roadmap; discreet projects and Support on basic administration in our finance system (FocalPoint)
