Job Summary
Job Description
The Quay Theatre is a registered charity based in Sudbury Suffolk, East Anglia. It run by a small but experienced management team and staff, with support and oversight from a Board of Trustees. each of whom offers their own skills and knowledge to help maintain the reputation of the theatre.
We are always looking for new Trustees to expand the current board. Whilst anyone is welcome to apply, if you have financial experience, fundraising experience or industry relevant experience, we would be more than happy to hear from you.
The Board appointment carries no financial reward. It supports the existing team of employees and volunteers and will assist in the Charity making more strategic decisions for its long-term viability. The personal satisfaction of seeing the theatre evolve makes it all worth while!
We hold monthly Board Meetings of an evening at the theatre and, when required, there may be a few sub-committee type meetings - and putting in an appearance at the theatre is always good for the staff and fun for the Board members.
