Job Description
Festival2Funky, an annual 3-day celebration of Black music, arts, and culture, returns for its 13th year with acclaimed headliners and an exciting programme of events.
Running from 1-3 May, the festival is managed by 2Funky Arts and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
To help with the running of this spectacular festival, we are looking for an amazing team of volunteers who are passionate about the arts and want to gain first-hand experience in festival organisation.
Expected working hours - Minimum of 5hrs.
Volunteers must be 18+
There will be opportunities for volunteering in:
- events management
- content creation
- photography/videography
- festival organisation
- ushering
- data collection
- events set-up
- dealing with customer queries
- social media
- health and safety checks
- box office
- evaluation assistance
All volunteers need to attend a short training session on Wednesday 15th April 2026.
No prior experience is needed. We just want our volunteers to have a passion for the arts.
